We are a Catholic, resident service fund-raising firm. All our men
and women are veterans of successful religious and educational
fund-raising projects of all dimensions. The headquarters staff
includes the firm's executives, research and public relations
specialists.

The Cosgriff Company has intentionally maintained its mid-size
objective through the years in order to secure and retain high quality
professionals, as well as deliver maximum resources and talent to the
client's project. Our simplified organizational structure is limited to a
two-level unit made up of the firm's executives and the field staff of
professionals. The reason: It is imperative in today's and tomorrow's
highly competitive philanthropic market that Cosgriff's executives, as
well as the field professionals, be directly in contact with a client and
campaign at all times. An executive serves as project supervisor who
is responsible to the client. He is constantly in touch with the resident
consultant.

We believe that fund raising is a very personal service necessitating
close contact of the executive and field staff from beginning to end.
