Fremont, Nebraska - 2009

Originally called upon to redo another company’s feasibility study in 1998 for the construction of a new church, Cosgriff followed the study with a Capital Campaign for St. Patrick’s Church.

This first campaign exceeded the project goal by nearly 90% and incorporated various elements of planned giving. Hired again in 2004, Cosgriff conducted their second capital campaign and again surpassed their goal of $2,300,000. St. Patrick's third campaign with Cosgriff was also a resounding success, exceeding their goal to raise $5,000,000 to fund construction of the new St. Patrick Grade School.

The leadership of Rev. Owen Korte, his efforts to preserve the heritage of this 150-year old parish, and teamwork between Cosgriff Company and the campaign committees were instrumental to the parish’s phenomenal success and continued growth.
